Finding time to get a proper workout is very difficult these days. You have work, school, family, kids, and other obligations demanding your attention. And all you want to do is sit down and relax for a moment…and just breathe.
Add on to that, all of the extra-ness of the COVID era, school issues, and a whole host of other issues that just wear you out.
I understand.
I am here to help you. To guide you to the better you that you hope to be.
I will support you while we during our training sessions and even when we are not.

These are two photos of me. The one on the left is me at 235 pounds. The one on the right is me, now, at 170 pounds.
I had a very poor diet without much exercise at all. Add, on top of that, a poor self-esteem which made me find comfort in those foods that continued the cycle.
Then something changed. I was in the bathroom one day and I caught a glimpse of my back in the mirror. It looked like my grandfathers back. He passed away due to a heart attack.
It was at that point, I decided that I needed to get myself together and live a healthier lifestyle. I never wanted to be told by a doctor that I cannot eat or drink foods that I love because of my health.
Fast forward to today. I want to help others achieve their own fitness goals. I studied hard and am now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. The learning doesn’t stop. Every day brings more scientific research that can be applied in the right situations.

Wherever you want to get your fitness, I am there (so long as you are in or near Riverdale, Bronx).
Work out in your own home. I’ll bring the equipment we will need and we will get your sweat on in the privacy of your own home.
Don’t want to have a trainer with you? No problem, I can create a workout plan that you can do on your own.
