Personal Training Policies

Thank you for choosing our personal training services. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality training experience. To ensure smooth and efficient scheduling, we have implemented the following policies:

  1. Scheduling Sessions: a. All personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance by contacting our staff. b. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs, subject to availability. c. Sessions can be scheduled in-person, online, or through a combination of both, as per your preference.

  2. 24-Hour Notice: a. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of in-person or online training sessions. b. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. c. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session, and you will be charged the full session fee.

  3. Late Arrivals: a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to be late for your scheduled session. b. If you are running late, please contact us to inform the trainer. c. Please note that the session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full session.

  4. Trainer Cancellations: a. In the event that a trainer needs to cancel a scheduled session, I will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. b. you will not be charged for trainer cancelations   You will be charged for any rescheduled session per this policy.

  5. No-Shows: a. If you fail to show up for a scheduled session without providing any prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show.” b. No-shows will be charged the full session fee and will not be rescheduled.

  6. Package Expiration and Extensions: a. Personal training sessions are typically sold in packages. b. Each package has an expiration date, and sessions must be completed before the expiration date. c. Extensions to package expiration dates may be granted under exceptional circumstances, subject to the discretion of management.

  7. Refunds and Transfers: a. All personal training packages are non-refundable. b. Sessions are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be transferred to another individual.

  8. Online-Only Training: a. If you have opted for online-only training, please note that the monthly fee is non-refundable. b. In the event that you decide not to participate or discontinue online training, you will still be responsible for the monthly fee for the remaining duration of the agreed-upon period. c. Exceptions may be made in the case of documented medical conditions or other extenuating circumstances, subject to the discretion of management.

  9. Medical Considerations: a. It is your responsibility to inform your trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or other limitations that may affect your training. b. If necessary, we may request a medical clearance letter from your healthcare provider prior to starting or continuing your training sessions.
